All jewellery is handmade in the Antwerp Diamond District.
Any piece in the catalogue can be made in solid 925 Silver, 18K gold,platinum or palladium – on request.

ORDERS
The products offered for sale on the webshop www.jann-antwerpen.com are made of 18K gold (white, yellow or rose), whether or not set with diamonds or other gemstones and 925 silver (white or gold plated).
The products are predefined as much as possible on the webshop of JANN Antwerpen by means of photos and text. This allows users to familiarize themselves with the essential characteristics before placing an order. Users acknowledge that their acceptance is based on these descriptions.
When the user confirms an order, it means that the user accepts these conditions of sale, acknowledges having read them in full and agrees to waive the application of any other conditions.
Once an order is validated on the webshop, the user acknowledges that his acceptance constitutes a firm and irrevocable commitment: the sale is considered completed and payment is due immediately by the user.
The webshop JANN Antwerpen will send an email confirming the order. This email only confirms receipt of the order.
Once an order is confirmed, the production time for making each item is approximately 1 to 2 weeks. JANN Antwerpen will inform the user by email when the order will be shipped.
No sales contract will exist between the parties until JANN Antwerpen has confirmed by email that the ordered products have been shipped to the user.
JANN Antwerpen reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a user with whom a dispute may exist regarding the payment of a previous order or who, in the opinion of the company JANN Antwerpen, may pose a risk.
ccJANN Antwerpen undertakes to comply with orders placed on its site. If one or more items ordered are not available, the company undertakes to immediately inform the user of their unavailability and, if applicable, to reimburse the user within a period of 14 days of payment of the amount due. The user’s order will then be automatically cancelled. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at JANN Antwerpen store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
PRICES
All prices on the web shop are expressed in euros, including VAT taxes and excluding any delivery costs.
The prices of the articles proposed on the webshop www.jann-antwerpen.com are valid for 24 hours after their publication on the site. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
Products remain the property of the company JANN Antwerpen until full payment has been received.
JANN Antwerpen will strive to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on the webshop are correct. If, however, an error is found in the price of the items ordered by the user, JANN Antwerpen will inform the user as soon as possible by email and offer him or her the possibility to reconfirm the order at the actual price or to cancel it.
Payment is due by the user immediately after the order is placed.
VAT payment terms: prices listed on the site include VAT at the Belgian rate of 21%.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Since the jewelry sold by JANN Antwerpen is custom made, the production time for jewelry ordered on the site is about 1 to 2 weeks from the confirmation of the order.
This production time is provided for information purposes only.
JANN Antwerpen is not liable in case of delays, loss of ordered products or strikes due to the postal services or the carrier. In such cases, the user must take the appropriate action directly with the postal service or carrier.
Another email will be sent to the user when her/his package has been dispatched.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the user at the time the order is placed.
Products will only be delivered during working hours. Users should note that orders registered on the site on Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday.
Users should check the packaging and products upon delivery.
Shipping via Fedex, fully insured.
All orders are provided with a tracking number.
JANN Antwerpen offers worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after your order is placed.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties, charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your order is destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
In accordance with the Belgian law on market practices and consumer protection of April 6, 2010, since the items sold on www.jann-antwerpen.com are custom made according to the personal specifications of the customer, the customer has no right to cancel the purchase (right of withdrawal) after payment.
LIABILITY
JANN Antwerpen is not liable for any delay or non-execution of the order due to a technical problem or any other cause beyond its control. In such cases JANN Antwerpen has the right to postpone the shipment and delivery or cancel the order.
JANN Antwerpen is in no case liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular connection interruptions, external interference or the presence of computer viruses, or other cases of force majeure.
